Forms, voice and site evidence
Let the inspection follow the job in front of you.
A machine check and a warehouse walk-through need different questions. Safety Figure supports reusable inspection forms and AI-assisted follow-up questions based on the area, task and answers provided.
Example: checking a CNC machine at shift change
The outgoing team reports an issue around the machine guard. Select the machine and work area, record what you can see and add a photograph where appropriate. A follow-up question can explore the issue instead of moving straight to the next box on a fixed checklist. An uncertain answer remains a point to investigate.
Choose the way your team records the work
In the conventional workflow, use a published form, record answers and photographs, and complete the applicable signature steps. In the voice workflow, answer by speaking and explain when you do not know or cannot take a photograph. When you ask to finish, the conversation is used to prepare a form and PDF report; that workflow does not require an additional signature.
- Identify the site, task and machine where relevant.
- Capture the observations and any supporting images.
- Review the report and select findings that need separate follow-up.
Try it under real working conditions
Test the device, browser permissions, connection and factory noise in a limited pilot. Confirm the requested language and the assigned AI model's performance. Your existing form remains available when a conversation is unsuitable for the job.
Is a generated report an approved safety assessment?
No. A report records the inspection output. Your authorised team reviews the findings and decides what action is needed; generating the PDF is not professional approval of the site's condition.
