From first discussion to everyday use
Build the rollout around a real job your team needs to complete.
A useful starting point is one process that regularly loses time or context. We can review it with your safety, operations and IT teams, then define the software, setup and support needed for an agreed first scope.
Process and product scoping
Describe the current workflow, the people involved and where work stalls. Use an anonymised example to explore the relevant modules and the next handover. Agree the requested interface and support languages, and verify voice or AI language needs through representative examples.
Setup, data and site preparation
Plan company and workplace records, user permissions, forms and available data imports. Eye needs camera and device assessment; Figure 360 needs a capture and update plan. External system connections are reviewed against the actual product and data access. Hardware, travel and on-site services are separately scoped where required.
A pilot with a decision at the end
Choose a small area, a responsible team and outcomes you can observe: can staff report a finding, can the correct person review it, and can the next shift understand the result? Include missing information and interrupted work. Agree how the findings will inform a wider rollout.
What is included in the first meeting?
The first conversation identifies the need and the appropriate demonstration or discovery work. Timing, delivery format, fees, on-site availability and ongoing support are confirmed in the proposed scope. This page does not promise a free physical visit or a fixed implementation time.
