The Safety Figure platform
Keep the observation, the decision and the work connected.
An inspection finding often needs input from several teams. Safety Figure gives safety professionals, production supervisors, maintenance and other authorised users a shared place to work with site records, without losing who owns the next step.
From the loading bay to the maintenance team
Suppose an inspection identifies a damaged pedestrian barrier beside a loading bay. Record the location and a photograph, review the risk with the site team and assign the agreed work. The person checking completion can examine the evidence and the actual site condition, rather than treating a closed task as proof that the risk has disappeared.
Records that support daily work
Use machine records, training progress, PPE issues, contractor documents and permits alongside risk and inspection workflows. Eye adds time-based camera observations; Figure 360 adds the spatial context of your site. Available modules and user access are defined for your organisation.
- Safety teams assess findings and follow up agreed measures.
- Maintenance teams use machine instructions, checks and work history.
- Employees access the tasks and training assigned to them.
- Reception and gate teams see the visit or contractor information needed for their role.
Multiple sites with clear access boundaries
Company and workplace permissions determine which records a user can open or change. A shared platform does not make every document public. Include an employee, a supervisor and a site administrator in the pilot so the access model is tested against real responsibilities.
What should the first demonstration cover?
Bring one process, its handover points and an anonymised example. We can trace it from first observation to review of the completed work. Confirm interface language, voice and AI language performance, imports and external connections as part of the agreed scope.
