AI with site context

Start with the job you want to do, then check the information behind the answer.

Safety Figure helps users reach relevant workflows through natural-language requests and supports inspections, risk work and incident analysis. The purpose is to help your team organise information and consider the next step.

Discuss your use case

Example: preparing a shift handover

A supervisor wants to review open risks rather than search through menus. A natural-language request can guide them to the relevant screen. Within an enabled AI workflow, the team can use available site information to develop questions or a draft assessment, then return to the underlying record to check the details.

Keep the decision visible

Describe the task, supply the requested context and review the response. Check which information was available, what is missing and whether a suggested explanation is supported. Navigation, a generated draft and an authorised operational action are distinct steps.

  • Choose the purpose and the company using the AI feature.
  • Configure the assigned model, permissions and usage limits.
  • Review the output before continuing in the operational workflow.

Evaluate language and data in a focused pilot

Try representative questions in the language your team will use. Confirm the model, data sent, provider arrangements and usage scope before using real records. Enabling AI does not grant access to another company's information; the feature works within the records and permissions available to the relevant workflow.

Can AI replace our safety professional's assessment?

No. The people responsible for the site bring the operating knowledge, professional judgement and accountability. AI can help organise evidence and draft questions or analysis, but incomplete information and model errors still need human review.
