Training assignment and completion
See who has started, who needs support and who has completed the course.
Safety and HR teams need more than a folder of presentation files. Safety Figure connects assigned content, questions, participation, results and document outputs with the employee's record.
Example: an induction for a new warehouse team
Prepare an introduction to your site's pedestrian routes and vehicle crossings, followed by questions that check understanding. Assign it to the relevant employees. A supervisor can see who is progressing and who needs help before the practical site introduction, without answering the assessment on anyone else's behalf.
Manage the learning steps
Define the content, questions, target group and completion conditions. Employees complete their own assigned work through their authorised access; managers review progress and results separately. Completed records can produce individual training documents or eligible combined outputs.
- Prepare the course and check that its examples match the site.
- Assign it to the appropriate people and follow progress.
- Review results, document information and any further training needs.
Check the content as well as the workflow
Pilot one course with a small group. Confirm language, accessibility, instructor details, duration and assessment criteria for your training plan. A completion record documents the recorded activity; it does not establish practical competence, accredited certification or fulfilment of every local training requirement.
Can a manager complete the questions for an employee?
No. The employee completes their own assigned questions. The manager's role is to review the available progress and outcomes, then arrange appropriate support or follow-up.
