Privacy information
Understand what information is used and for which purpose.
This page explains the website and general service privacy arrangements described by Safety Figure. The data and responsibilities for an organisation's employee, workplace, camera and other records must be defined separately for that service.
Published controller and contact details
The website identifies AISG Teknoloji – Safety Figure as its data controller. Address: Cumhuriyet Mah. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Blv. Cadde 224 Sitesi No: 41A/A 16210 Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye. Contact: iletisim@safetyfigure.com. Responsibility for organisational data depends on the actual decisions and processing instructions of the parties involved.
Website enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message; company and telephone fields are optional. The information is emailed to the contact team to assess and answer the request and prepare the discussion. Do not submit identity documents, health information, employee lists, camera passwords or access keys. Technical access logs and controls against automated or excessive submissions also support operation and security.
Optional measurement, maps and videos
Analytics, advertising measurement, maps and videos are separate optional categories, disabled until permission is given. Google Analytics measures pages and interactions, with Google Signals and advertising personalisation disabled; logged-in administrators are excluded from measurement. A map requires map permission. A YouTube player requires video permission and a playback choice. Loading these services may send connection, browser and usage information to the provider. External links are subject to the destination service's terms.
Advertising measurement
With separate advertising-measurement permission, a successful demo request can be reported to OpenAI Ads as a conversion. Opening a page or pressing a button is not enough. The server sends a random event identifier, success time, event type, site address and any available advertising click reference. It does not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content, hashes of those fields, or the visitor's IP address or browser information in the conversion data. No OpenAI advertising software that reads the form is loaded. The report specifies that it must not be used for advertising personalisation. An enquiry can be sent without granting this permission.
Preferences and their records
Acceptance and rejection are remembered for 180 days in that browser; browsing or closing the notice is not permission. You can reopen preferences and withdraw a category. Withdrawal stops future optional loading and removes accessible analytics cookies and the stored advertising reference; records on a provider's own domain are managed separately. The server's preference record contains a random reference, policy version, categories and date for 180 days, with daily expiry cleanup. That preference table does not contain IP or browser information; this does not mean that all technical logs omit it. Detailed storage periods are on the cookie policy page.
Organisation, camera and AI records
Company, workplace and role permissions control application access. Agree which employee records, training documents and site images are needed, and review user assignments regularly. Camera use, and audio where applicable, requires a defined area, purpose, viewing permissions and retention period. Before an AI workflow uses real information, establish the data sent, provider, processing location, retention and terms for model training. Automatic removal of personal details may not catch everything. Loading records into software does not remove the need to inform the people concerned and assess the applicable processing conditions.
Retention, deletion and transfers
Retention varies by record type, purpose, contract and applicable obligations, including an ongoing investigation or dispute. Closing an account does not instantly delete every record and backup; active records, backups and provider copies require separate consideration. External providers may process information in other countries. A cookie choice does not replace assessment of the conditions required for such transfers.
Requests about your data
The source notice describes rights under Türkiye's Law No. 6698: learning whether and why data is processed and to whom it is disclosed, requesting correction, requesting deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, having relevant changes notified to recipients, objecting to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seeking compensation for damage from unlawful processing. These are the source notice's legal context, not a claim of compliance with another country's law. Send a request to iletisim@safetyfigure.com without attaching identity documents or sensitive information in the first message. The appropriate recipient may be your organisation for workplace data; any necessary identity-verification method will be explained.
Service-specific information
This general page does not replace the detailed notice or processing agreement for your organisation. The parties should specify the responsible entity, purposes, data recipients, collection methods, applicable basis and rights for the particular process. Contact the team for the scope relevant to your service.
Subscription form security
When you submit the subscription form, an essential security cookie named sf_newsletter_guard is created to prevent unauthorised submissions from another site. It contains a random signed value, contains no email address, cannot be read by JavaScript and lasts no more than two hours. Short-lived counters derived from a keyed digest of the email address and a global submission counter limit abuse. The counter window is 15 minutes; expired records are removed during the next cleanup. No IP address or browser information is added to the subscription tables. These records are not used for analytics or advertising tracking.
